This class blends dance technique with acrobatics, focusing on flexibility, strength, and technical precision. Students will train in kicks, leaps, jumps, and turns while developing Acro skills including balance and contortion work. Both elements will be combined into dynamic Acro Dance routines, building control, confidence, and versatility.
