Our Acro (Acrobatic) Gymnastics classes focus on building strong foundations in individual floor acrobatics through safe, progressive coaching. Students will develop travelling skills such as Rolls, Cartwheels and Walkovers. We will also focus on balance work such as Bridges, Handstands, Headstands, Elbowstands and Cheststands and more!

Our structured classes provide the perfect environment for students to progress at their own pace while having fun and building confidence.

Each group follows our structured skill syllabus, tailored to age and level, ensuring safe and effective progression. Skills are taught through proper preparation and progressions, emphasising correct technique.
