Our Tumbling classes focus on developing the power, strength and technique needed for advanced acrobatic skills through targeted conditioning and progressive training. Building on strong foundation floor skills, students will work towards tumbling elements such as round-offs, side aerials, front handsprings, back handsprings, and somersaults.

To ensure safe practice and steady progression, students must already have a solid foundation in floor skills before joining this class. Tumbling skills require patience, consistency and progressive development, making this class ideal for students who are ready to take the next step and advance their skills.
